closing process

Step 1. Turn in Earnest Money (Due Date on Contract)
-Drop off at a Titan Office
-Zoccam App
-Wire Funds
Step 2. Info request
-Set up Qualia account (check email for invitation)
-Complete tasks & required docs with e-signature
Step 3. Processing stage
-Now It's time for your processor & lender to work their magic!
-If anything additional is needed your processor will reach out
Step 4. Closing week
-Now is the time for any last questions/concerns.
-2-3 days before closing your final closing cost amount will be disclosed
Step 5. Closing Days
-Review closing docs prior
-Funds must be wired prior to closing time
-All parties must bring ONE valid government issued ID

Sara M. Rodriguez has over 20 years of experience in the Virginia real estate title industry. She is a sought after speaker and educator in the Washington, DC metro area. Her practice is specializing on all matters related to residential and commercial real estate transactions. She is the recipient of the Housing Wire Women of Influence Award for 2019 and 2020. Her passion is to teach and empower homebuyers and sellers in their transactions as well as working with investors to create their portfolios. Mrs. Rodriguez has appeared as a speaker at multiple events and conventions speaking on a multitude of real estate issues including Contract, Short Sales and Foreclosures. She is admitted to the Virginia and District of Columbia and Maryland Bar and has practiced immigration law, family law and real estate law.
