With over 20 years of experience in the real estate and title industry, Sara is widely recognized as a trusted authority in both residential and commercial real estate transactions.
A licensed attorney admitted to the Virginia, Maryland, and D.C. Bars, Sara has a diverse legal background, having practiced real estate law, family law, and immigration law. Her legal expertise and dedication to client service drive Titan Title’s mission to simplify the closing process and deliver exceptional, customer-focused results.
Sara is a two-time HousingWire Women of Influence Award recipient (2019 and 2020) and a highly sought-after speaker and educator across the Washington, D.C. metro area. She regularly teaches real estate continuing education classes in both English and Spanish and has presented on topics such as contract law, short sales, foreclosures, and 1031 exchanges at national industry events.
